anniversary, of an amount determined by you the advertiser, after you
have evaluated its worth over the previous 12 month period. But please note I do
not want to receive any monies until the tax year
starting April 2009, which means for the time being it is completely free.

HOW TO ADVERTISE
As in the above example, compose up to 7
line phrases, or a prose equivalent, to best describe your bed & breakfast situation,
and up to 2 line phrases or prose equivalent on your approximate location. Choose any special arrangements
( eg about heating, television, smoking etc).
Include your farm address, telephone and name(s) by which you prefer
to be called, and if appropriate best time(s) to phone, but please don't include
things that are likely to change frequently.
If you no longer are a working farm or croft,
please make that point clear in the advert, and try and bring out the nature
of your neighbourhood and aspect to maintain the country/rural/farming/crofting
theme; eg magnificent views, beautiful scenery, peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by fields, hills, moors, lakes/lochs, woodland, crops,
livestock, grazing, wildlife etc., local produce and/or home cooking, log
fires, and of course the farmhouse breakfast.
If any part is too lengthy I reserve the right to edit, but
will do my best to include as much as possible. Please feel free to use any
accreditations or tourist board recomendations you have. If you
already have your own Web Site, a link can
be shown if you provide its full URL.
