We keep Jacob's sheep, Highland Cattle, Jersey Cows

Shinval is situated on a quiet country road only two
miles from Thurso.
There is a small flock of north
country cheviot ewes producing suffolk cross
lambs in April; a border collie dog can be seen
working most days.
A small plant nursery and
garden centre was set up as a diversification
nineteen years ago.
