The Home Farm is situated within easy reach of many beauty spots and places of interest. Lying half a dozen miles from the Potteries and the Gladstone pottery Museum, it is near to Barlaston where the Wedgewood Factory is situated.

It is equidistant from Birmingham and Manchester and within easy access to the M6 and has Trentham Gardens on its door-step while the Manifold and Dove Valleys set in Derbyshire's glorious peak district are only an hour away. Alton Towers, Chester Zoo and the West Midland Safari park are within easy travelling distance.


Wattle and Daub walling



Like many Saxon villages Swynnerton had its Home Farm usually the oldest farm in the area. Swynnerton's home farm house which has been occupied by the family for over 100 years, revealed some of its wattle and daub construction during restoration.

We are a small licensed establishment, most rooms having private facilities. It is family run with a homely atmosphere and welcomes children of all ages.

We offer Bed & Breakfast at competitive rates. Evening meals are available at the Fitzherbert Arms, approximately 200 metres away.
